Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want this site to work for everyone who needs care, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions.

The standard we aim for

We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That covers color contrast, keyboard access, text alternatives for images and clear structure.

What we've done so far

Text and background colors on this site are checked for AA contrast. Images carry text alternatives, pages use proper headings and landmarks, forms have visible labels, and animation is reduced automatically for visitors whose devices ask for that.

Where we know we fall short

The embedded Google Maps panels on our location pages are supplied by Google and we don't control their accessibility. Every address on those pages is also written out as text, and directions are a phone call away.

If something on this site is a barrier, tell us

Call (248) 313-4899 and say you're having trouble with the website. We'll help you by phone straight away, you never have to fight the site to reach us, and we aim to respond to accessibility reports within two business days.

Other ways to reach us

Phone (248) 313-4899, or through Michigan Relay by dialling 711. You're also welcome to walk into either office.
